Learn/build on their knowledge of the seed sounds of the chakras.

A "good" voice not necessary. A practical session.


3 OM ½ HR

How to build up sound.

Then from sound to silence

Practice and readings from the Yoga texts relating to Om.


4 SOUNDS FOR THE SHY

How to introduce the use of sound without using mantra. Helps to overcome self

consciousness in an enjoyable way. Also helps older people whose voices and throat

muscles have lost tone.
